Hands-on Kazakh cooking classes teach preparation of national dishes. Manty (steamed dumplings), lagman (hand-pulled noodles), samsa (pastries), kaymak (clotted cream), and kumis (fermented mare's milk) are taught by experienced Kazakh chefs. Classes include ingredients, equipment, and tasting of finished dishes.
