About This Activity

Kolsai Lakes National Park, 300km from Almaty, features three connected alpine lakes called the 'Pearls of Northern Tian Shan.' Lake 1 is easily accessible by road. Lake 2 requires an 8km hike through spruce forests. Lake 3 at 2,750m is for experienced hikers seeking solitude. UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status protects this pristine wilderness.
