01 / OverviewThe street takes its name from the Tin Hau Temple at its heart, and stalls set up from late afternoon, getting busiest between about 7 pm and 10 pm. Browse cheap clothes, souvenirs and gadgets, eat at the open-air food stalls, and look for the fortune tellers and palm readers who gather near the temple after dark, some speaking English and one using a small bird to pick fortune slips. Allow one to two hours. Bargain politely and carry cash. Take the MTR to Jordan (Exit A) or Yau Ma Tei (Exit C), each about five minutes away.
