Even before the trip began, the Bayyard team, especially Sooraj, helped me with every little detail and was super quick with his responses. Our assigned driver, Jbin Alex, was incredibly humble, kind, and supportive throughout the journey. I’d strongly recommend him if you’re planning a Kerala trip, and I’d definitely suggest choosing Bayyard Vacation for your travels. There was a small miss where one of the complimentary items mentioned in the itinerary couldn’t be fulfilled, but aside from that, everything went smoothly.
