Arrival: Welcome to your dream destination! Upon arrival, our representative will warmly greet you at the designated arrival point and assist you with your transfer to the hotel in Phuentsholing.
Pick-Up: Our representative will pick you up from Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station / Tenzing Norgay Bus Station, as per your confirmed arrival details.
Transfer to Phuentsholing: Proceed towards Phuentsholing by road and enjoy the scenic journey through the beautiful surroundings as you make your way to the hotel.
Hotel Check-In: Upon arrival, complete the hotel check-in formalities and settle into your room. Relax and refresh after your journey.
Leisure Time: Spend the remainder of the day at leisure. You may explore nearby attractions, visit local shopping streets, or simply relax and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of Phuentsholing.
Accommodation: Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.
Meals Included: Dinner.

Booking & Payment
Booking and payment must be made as per company policy.
All rates are subject to change based on availability, taxes, fuel charges, and currency fluctuations, until full payment is received.
Traveller Documentation
For domestic travel, travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID as required by local regulations.
For international travel, travellers must hold a valid passport (minimum six months' validity from the date of travel) and all required visas and travel documents.
The company may guide on documentation but is not responsible for denial of boarding, visa refusal, or any service denial due to incomplete or incorrect documents.
Itinerary & Services
The sequence or timing of sightseeing, transfers, or activities may be changed due to weather, traffic, operational, or safety reasons.
If a service, attraction, or activity is unavailable, the company may provide a similar alternative of comparable value where possible.
Accommodation
Hotel bookings are subject to availability. If the selected hotel is not available, an alternate hotel of a similar category will be arranged.
Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy and may vary by destination.
Transportation
Vehicles (usually air-conditioned, where available) will be provided according to the itinerary and group size.
The company is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by traffic, mechanical issues, strikes, or other circumstances beyond its control.

- 30 to 15 Days Before Departure: 30% of the total package cost.
- 15 to 7 Days Before Departure: 60% of the total package cost.
- 7 to 3 Days Before Departure: 90% of the total package cost.
- Less Than 3 Days / No Show: 100% of the total package cost (no refund).
International Packages
