Arrival & Transfer: Arrive at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport (TFU) or Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU). After immigration and baggage collection, proceed to the arrivals hall where our local representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to the hotel by private air-conditioned vehicle.
Hotel Check-in & Relaxation: Check in at the hotel and relax after your journey. Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
Leisure Time: The remaining day is free for relaxation or optional nearby exploration at your own pace.
Jinli Old Street (Optional Visit): Visit the famous Jinli Old Street, known for traditional Sichuan-style architecture, local street food, handicraft shops, tea houses, and cultural performances showcasing Chengdu’s vibrant atmosphere.

Key guidelines to ensure a smooth travel experience
Passport & Visa Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months from the travel date with a valid China tourist visa.
Arrival Documents Guests must carry passport, visa copy, hotel confirmation, return flight ticket, and travel insurance during arrival and immigration.
Currency The local currency is Chinese Yuan (CNY/RMB). It is recommended to carry some local currency for personal expenses
Digital Payments Digital payments are widely used in China through apps like Alipay and WeChat.
Internet Restrictions Some apps such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Maps may not work in China.

Traveller Documentation
For domestic travel, travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID as required by local regulations.
For international travel, travellers must hold a valid passport (minimum six months' validity from the date of travel) and all required visas and travel documents.
The company may guide on documentation but is not responsible for denial of boarding, visa refusal, or any service denial due to incomplete or incorrect documents.
Itinerary & Services
The sequence or timing of sightseeing, transfers, or activities may be changed due to weather, traffic, operational, or safety reasons.
If a service, attraction, or activity is unavailable, the company may provide a similar alternative of comparable value where possible.
Accommodation
Hotel bookings are subject to availability. If the selected hotel is not available, an alternate hotel of a similar category will be arranged.
Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy and may vary by destination.
Transportation
Vehicles (usually air-conditioned, where available) will be provided according to the itinerary and group size.
The company is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by traffic, mechanical issues, strikes, or other circumstances beyond its control.

- 7 to 3 Days Before Departure: 90% of the total package cost.
- Less Than 3 Days / No Show: 100% of the total package cost (no refund).
