Arrival: Arrive at Velana International Airport (Male), complete immigration and baggage formalities, and meet our representative at the arrivals area Placard in the name of Hotel.
Transfer to Resort: Board a shared speedboat (SIC) to Embudu Village Resort (approx. 25–30 minutes). Enjoy the scenic journey across the crystal-clear waters of South Male Atoll.
Resort Check-in: Arrive at Embudu Village and check in to your resort. Standard check-in begins from 2:00 PM (as per resort policy).
Leisure: Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Relax on the pristine white-sand beach, explore the tropical island surroundings, snorkel at the nearby house reef, or simply unwind while soaking in the peaceful island ambiance.
Meals: Dinner.
Accommodation: Overnight stay in a Superior Bungalow at Embudu Village, surrounded by the turquoise waters and serene beauty of the Maldives.

1. Package Price Validity
Package prices are based on current resort rates, speedboat/seaplane transfer charges, and currency exchange rates. This is only a quotation; no reservations or bookings are being made until the package is confirmed.
Prices may vary depending on travel dates, peak seasons, festive periods, public holidays, and supplier surcharge periods.
Rates are valid only for the mentioned travel period and number of passengers.
Any revision in government taxes or supplier charges will be applicable at the time of confirmation.
2. Accommodation & Resort Policy
Resort accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
In case the mentioned resort or room category is unavailable, a similar category or alternate resort of equivalent standard will be provided.
Supplement charges will apply for upgraded room categories or premium resorts.
Some resorts may require a refundable security deposit during check-in, as per the resort's policy.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Pricing & Currency Fluctuation

Final pricing will be reconfirmed before the issuance of vouchers and travel documents.
4. Travel Documentation
Passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
Indian nationals receive a free Visa on Arrival, subject to Maldives Immigration requirements.
Guests must carry:

Proof of sufficient funds (if requested by immigration)
5. Amendments & Changes
Any amendments after booking confirmation will be subject to availability.
Resort, transfer operator, or supplier amendment charges may apply.
6. Transfers & Excursions
Speedboat, seaplane, and domestic flight transfers operate on fixed schedules determined by the resort and transfer operators.
Guests must report on time for all transfers and excursions.
Missed transfers or excursions due to delays or no-shows will be treated as non-refundable.
Weather conditions, sea conditions, or operational requirements may result in changes to transfer schedules or excursion timings.
7. Meals & Resort Services
Meals included will be strictly as per the selected meal plan (Breakfast / Half Board / Full Board / All Inclusive).
Special dietary requests are subject to resort availability.
Premium beverages, specialty dining, room service, and personal consumption are chargeable unless specifically included in the package.
8. Personal Expenses
The package does not include:

9. Weather & Marine Activities
Water sports, snorkeling, diving, dolphin cruises, fishing trips, and other marine excursions are subject to weather, sea conditions, and operational approvals.
Dolphin sightings and marine life encounters are natural experiences and cannot be guaranteed.
Bayard Vacations and the resort reserve the right to modify or cancel activities for guest safety.
10. Unforeseen Circumstances / Force Majeure
In case of situations beyond our control such as:
Adverse weather conditions
Rough sea conditions
Natural calamities
Flight cancellations or delays
Government regulations or restrictions
Operational changes by resorts or transfer operators
Bayard Vacations will assist in arranging suitable alternatives wherever possible. Any additional expenses arising due to such circumstances shall be borne by the client.
11. Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation after booking confirmation – 10% of the total package cost.
B. Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival – 25% of the total package cost.
C. Cancellation 30 to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total package cost.
D. Cancellation 15 days or less prior to arrival – 75% of the total package cost.
E. Cancellation 3 to 1 day prior, same-day cancellation, or No Show – 100% of the total package cost.

Booking and payment must be made as per company policy.
All rates are subject to change based on availability, taxes, fuel charges, and currency fluctuations, until full payment is received.
Traveller Documentation
For domestic travel, travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID as required by local regulations.
For international travel, travellers must hold a valid passport (minimum six months' validity from the date of travel) and all required visas and travel documents.
The company may guide on documentation but is not responsible for denial of boarding, visa refusal, or any service denial due to incomplete or incorrect documents.
Itinerary & Services
The sequence or timing of sightseeing, transfers, or activities may be changed due to weather, traffic, operational, or safety reasons.
If a service, attraction, or activity is unavailable, the company may provide a similar alternative of comparable value where possible.
Accommodation
Hotel bookings are subject to availability. If the selected hotel is not available, an alternate hotel of a similar category will be arranged.
Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy and may vary by destination.
Transportation
Vehicles (usually air-conditioned, where available) will be provided according to the itinerary and group size.
The company is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by traffic, mechanical issues, strikes, or other circumstances beyond its control.
