Rates quoted above are based on Contracted Tariff. It may sometimes happen that hotels regret to confirm on these rates and may offer confirmation only on BAR rates due to high Demand. Please do not confirm to the client anything until unless we provide you written confirmation.
1. All Hotels only allow Double/Twin sharing unless specified.
2. NO Animal Interaction activities will be booked by US, only the transfers will be included.
.3 Kids below 6Yrs are generally not allowed on Game Drives, the decision is taken by the management for the Child's safety.
4. Zipline over the Ocean needs to be paid directly, we cannot book slots.
5. All Stay/Pay offers and any other, are subject to availability.

Booking & Payment
Booking and payment must be made as per company policy.
All rates are subject to change based on availability, taxes, fuel charges, and currency fluctuations, until full payment is received.
Traveller Documentation
For domestic travel, travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID as required by local regulations.
For international travel, travellers must hold a valid passport (minimum six months' validity from the date of travel) and all required visas and travel documents.
The company may guide on documentation but is not responsible for denial of boarding, visa refusal, or any service denial due to incomplete or incorrect documents.
Itinerary & Services
The sequence or timing of sightseeing, transfers, or activities may be changed due to weather, traffic, operational, or safety reasons.
If a service, attraction, or activity is unavailable, the company may provide a similar alternative of comparable value where possible.
Accommodation
Hotel bookings are subject to availability. If the selected hotel is not available, an alternate hotel of a similar category will be arranged.
Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy and may vary by destination.
Transportation
Vehicles (usually air-conditioned, where available) will be provided according to the itinerary and group size.
The company is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by traffic, mechanical issues, strikes, or other circumstances beyond its control.

- 30+ Days Before Departure: Deposit only, or 10% of total package cost, whichever is higher. Balance is refundable.
- 30 to 15 Days Before Departure: 30% of the total package cost.
- 15 to 7 Days Before Departure: 60% of the total package cost.
- 7 to 3 Days Before Departure: 90% of the total package cost.
- Less Than 3 Days / No Show: 100% of the total package cost (no refund).
International Packages
- 45+ Days Before Departure: Deposit only, or 10% of total package cost, whichever is higher.
- 45 to 30 Days Before Departure: 30% of the total package cost.
