Arrival in Bagdogra: Upon landing at Bagdogra airport, a representative will greet you and assist with the transfer to the Gangtok.
Transfer to Gangtok: (approx. 120.7 km / 4 hr 11 min drive).
Check in to hotel: Check in to the hotel post check in relax at the hotel. (check-in standard time will be 2.00 pm)
Evening at Leisure: Free time for independent activities such as shopping, known for local handicrafts and food
Accommodation: Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Important Notes
Key guidelines to ensure a smooth travel experience
Standard check‑in time is usually 14:00 hrs and check‑out is 11:00 hrs. Early check‑in or late check‑out is strictly subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges.
A valid government photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID) is mandatory for all travelers at the time of check‑in and for obtaining local permits.
The itinerary sequence may be modified based on local conditions, weather, landslides, roadblocks, or permit/operational requirements, especially for Tsomgo Lake and Nathula Pass.
Hotel rooms are generally provided on a twin‑sharing basis unless mentioned otherwise in the voucher.
All timings mentioned in the itinerary (sightseeing, transfers, activities) are approximate and may change due to traffic, weather, or permit procedures.
Meals are provided as per the meal plan in the voucher (EP/CP/MAP/AP); any special dietary requirements (vegetarian/Jain) should be shared in advance and are subject to hotel capability.

Booking and payment must be made as per company policy.
All rates are subject to change based on availability, taxes, fuel charges, and currency fluctuations, until full payment is received.
Traveller Documentation
For domestic travel, travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID as required by local regulations.
For international travel, travellers must hold a valid passport (minimum six months' validity from the date of travel) and all required visas and travel documents.
The company may guide on documentation but is not responsible for denial of boarding, visa refusal, or any service denial due to incomplete or incorrect documents.
Itinerary & Services
The sequence or timing of sightseeing, transfers, or activities may be changed due to weather, traffic, operational, or safety reasons.
If a service, attraction, or activity is unavailable, the company may provide a similar alternative of comparable value where possible.
Accommodation
Hotel bookings are subject to availability. If the selected hotel is not available, an alternate hotel of a similar category will be arranged.
Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy and may vary by destination.
Transportation
Vehicles (usually air-conditioned, where available) will be provided according to the itinerary and group size.
The company is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by traffic, mechanical issues, strikes, or other circumstances beyond its control.
