Best month for a Hyderabad to Sikkim trip?
March to May and October to mid-December. January has the cheapest Hyderabad fares, but North Sikkim is bitterly cold and the Nathula road can be shut by snow. Avoid June to September, when landslides regularly cut the roads, and book 6–8 weeks ahead for Durga Puja and Diwali in October, Sikkim's busiest weeks.
